IRS Releases "Unofficial" Answers to the 2005 Enrolled Agent Exam

Tuesday October 11, 2005
The IRS has tentatively released their "unofficial answers" [PDF document] to the recently completed 2005 Special Enrollment Examination. This is a two-day test taken by aspiring Enrolled Agents. Passing the test, along with a background check, are the main requirements for being admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. The Office of Professional Responsibility is requesting challenges to any of the 2005 questions. Candidates will be able to look up their scores once all challenges have been settled and the official answers set in stone. Scores can be found using the Look Up Scores link from the OPR Latest News page.
