IRS Online Payment Agreement Application

The Internal Revenue Service has launched a Web application for making payment arrangements on tax debts. The Online Payment Agreement Application allows taxpayers or their authorized representatives to set up a monthly payment plan, to request a short-term deferral to pay the tax, or to pay the tax in full. Taxpayers will need verify their identity by using the "Caller ID Number" from IRS Notice CP 501 or a Personal Identification Number that they have already established.
