Still Need to File Your 2006 Taxes?

Wednesday October 17, 2007
The last day to electronically file your 2006 tax returns was Monday, October 15th. If you still need to file, don't worry. Simply print out your tax return, and mail it to the Internal Revenue Service. There are penalties for filing a return past the deadline, but those penalties only apply to taxpayers who have a balance due. If you have a refund, there won't be any penalties for filing late.
