Minnesota's Tax Amnesty for Offshore Income

Minnesota is the latest state to waive penalties in exchange for taxpayers to come forward and pay their back taxes in full. Minnesota's amnesty program has a twist, however. It's only available for taxpayers who have utilized foreign bank accounts and/or foreign business structures to avoid state income taxes. Program ends October 29, 2010.
